Welcome to my October newsletter. And what a fabulous start to October with such warm weather!
This month we are focusing on facials - how you should look after your face at home, and gorgeous facials in the salon.
Until next time, happy pampering! Lindsey
Let's face it! - At Home
Even if you have regular facials at a salon it is still vital that you look after your facial skin at home. The golden rules are:
- Always remove your make-up before going to bed at night, no matter how tired you are
- Cleanse your face using a product designed specifically for that purpose - not body soap which strips the natural oils in facial skin
- Mositurise every day - there are moisturisers for all skin types so don't be put off if you have oily skin
- Try to exfoliate at least once per week, but preferably 2-3 times. Again make sure you use a facial exfoliator not one designed for bodies
- And of course, if you want to remain wrinkle free always wear sunglasses in the sun, and avoid putting your face in direct sunlight
Let's face it! - In the Salon
At the moment, I offer 3 different facials in the salon:
Basic facial - suitable for all skin types. This facial includes cleansing, mask, toning, moisturising and an eye treatment. 20 minute treatment - £22.00
Aroma facial - this is a stress relieving facial including massage and aromatherapy oils, specially blended for you. Ideal for the stressed busy lady! 45 minute treatment - £32.50
Thermal clay facial - this treatment improves circulation leaving skin smooth and supple while reducing facial lines and eye puffiness. 1 hour treatment - £32.50
Special Offers
If you book an Aroma Facial before the end of October you can enjoy it for just £27.50 instead of the usual £32.50.
