Get your feet ready for summer - At home
With some sun finally arriving it is time to unearth the Summer wardrobe, and with that comes sandals. Yes, it's time to start exposing your feet again!
During the winter months it is easy to neglect feet, so it is time to give them some loving care again. You can start by regularly moisturising them - there are lots of lovely creams on the market, either specially designed for feet or all over body creams. Experiment until you find one you love that works for you.
Try and moisturise your feet every day - night time works best as it gives it chance to sink in whilst you sleep. This will help reduce cracked heels, dry cuticles and skin, and improve circulation in your feet.
Keep your toenails trimmed - remember to cut straight across to avoid ingrowing toenails and no shorter than the crease on the side of each toe. Nails that are too short can be just as detrimental as ones that are too long - putting unwanted pressure on your toes.
And of course, now your feet are on show it's a good time to try out new nail colours. So go on, be daring and try something new!

- Push back cuticles, trim and file nails
- Massage with gorgeous cream and then wrap the feet to help the cream to penetrate
- Base coat, two coats of colour and a top coat for a long lasting finish and beautiful toes!
